"It is a wonderful property in a great setting to ready access to everything on Gamla Stan and much on the other islands. The staff was very helpful with helping us find gluten free friendly restaurants, answering our questions from the most mundane (how to get to a certain place) to more interesting questions, like the meaning of the three crowns. We'd highly recommend the hotel to others. Also, it is a perfect spot for first time visitors to the city of Stockholm."

"Had a very pleasant experience. Staff were very attentive and helpful. No ask was too big or small and I felt very at home. The pastries at breakfast were magnificent, best croissants I’ve ever had! Only drawback is having to pay to access the pool which is housed within the spa. Should always be included in a property of that calibre but overall, an excellent hotel!"

"Unfortunately, the room we were assigned after asking for a quiet room was directly over the club. Additionally our sink in the bathroom leaked the entire time. our bed was uncomfortable, and the carpets were very dirty. We had hoped this was going to be one of the nicer hotels we stayed at during our journey, but unfortunately, it ended up being one of our least favorite."

"The hotel is having construction works which is difficult to appreciate as a Customer. You are not fully aware until you finalise Booking. And it is underrates « we are working on an elevator » while basically all the corridors etc are being renewed. Rooms on the 4th Floor have low ceiling… "

"We felt not welcomed! Front receptionist staff were rude. They didn’t even welcome us. It looked like they didn’t like to rate we gave for the rooms on expedia. They gave us a room in the basement. I believe it was under the restaurant because there were lots of chair moving on our ceiling. The room was dusty and hairs on the desk. I had to wash the mugs in the room before I use. When I asked the room to be cleaned the next day, they said that they can’t promise. Very disappointed and would not...

No me gustó la habitación , no funciona el aire acondicionado, no tiene clóset, no tiene cancel en el baño (se sale el agua de la ducha); pensé que por ser Radisson sería más amable la habitación y el personal. El desayuno malo, súper saturado el restaurante y el personal no hacía nada por asignarte mesa y para limpiarte una mesa simplemente no tenían la atención , se ve que les falta el manager , cero supervisión en el restaurante al momento del desayuno. "This hotel is in an ideal location. It is close to upscale shopping and some of the best restaurants in Stockholm. Even more importantly, right across the street is the airport train, which will get to the airport in 20 minutes as opposed to trying to take a taxi or an Uber, which may take an hour and a half during rush-hour traffic.
