"Very nice"

"The hotel is a bit dated, but the outdoor garden areas are very nice. The check in staff was not particularly welcoming. Our main issue was that there was no room service at all unless you asked for it in advance but we were never told we needed to ask. At check-in we should have been asked if we want room service or at least be told we would have to ask to get it. Therefore we stayed 3 days with no room service despite paying $300 a night. The breakfast was little above the normal hotel free...

"It was all great except room 200, junior suite was very noisy from traffic. Can't close window do to AC unit. Staff friendly, clean property, good bed."

"The room smelled like someone peed in the corner and had little piles of insect debris under the window. The beds were comfy but made awful noises when you moved. The clerk at check in was not very informative. Breakfast selections were minimal and not appetizing. Giving this booking an overall "okay" rating is generous. We stayed in 4 different hotels along our vacation trip and this was by far the worst. Thankful it was only over night to get some rest and move on."

"Staff was great and helpful. The actual room was terrible and dirty. I don't think it was really the staff's fault. Management needs to get their act together and they need to hire better housekeeping, or hire housekeeping period. There were giant roaches (?) in my room. I wasn't expecting much for a Studio 6—I am no stranger to a motel—but this is abysmal. Don't book here."

"Place is updated with nice renovations and hardwood flooring. Also had a microwave, fridge and TV. Really great value on the dollar. Close to Trader Joe’s."

"They had to change our room during late night after we had complaint on AC, but new room didn’t had enough amenities of microwave, stove and big refrigerator. We had to run to lobby to use microwave even for warming up milk. Staff had to consider this and please take care of maintenance. Apart from this bad experience, everything was good."

"This place should not even be open for business. Shame on Expedia for even allowing it on their site! If it wasn’t so late I would have gone somewhere else. The place is in complete disrepair, they do claim to be “under renovation” but I highly doubt it, it’s more like a demo project. The floors are soft in places and I kept praying we wouldn’t fall through. The smoke detector was missing, the door to the room had a considerable gap even when closed. "Don’t just walk, run away from this property if you don’t want to feel like you might actually pick up some disease by staying there. Based on condition of the property, I believe their license should be revoked to receive guests. We stayed at room 140, and this is what we found: broken curtains and furniture; stained, filthy seat cover and carpet; stained towels and pillowcases; cockroaches!!! These are unacceptable and unsanitary conditions! This was probably the worst motel I have ever stayed...
