A very new hotel with minimalist service and amenities, located off of I 90. The main feature is a very well appointed galley kitchen and dining peninsula. The place is very clean, but the ambiance is sterile. Not sure who the target customers are, other than travelers who like to stay well outside of downtown Syracuse near the interstate, would prefer to cook their own meals, and would like to work out in a small gym. The total price, $94, made it good value for 1 night, since everything in downtown Syracuse was sold out on 4/17/26.

Stay at your own risk. This place was rotten. I did not actually end up staying here. I requested- on line- as they tell you to do- to have 2 queens instead of a king. No response. They tell you to check the status of your request before you come. There is no direct number to the hotel on their website. I called the 800 number. Oh we can't help- transfer to someone else. Oh we can't help you have to call Expedia. They couldn't help but did provide a direct number to the hotel. Called and spoke to an alleged manager. He couldn't possibly help- we're all booked up- sorry. After a difficult conversation where I tried to get an answer why they tell you to make a request but have no intention of responding or honoring it, he reluctantly said he would go through reservations, "see what he could do" and call me back. This was at 10am. Having received no call back after several hours, I tried to cancel the reservation. Nope. I was past the alleged checkout time. Check in is at 3pm. This was at 1pm. How does that work? I made a reservation at another hotel, called my credit card company and disputed the charge for this room. Got a voicemail at 10pm saying they could not honor my request. Seriously? And this morning I get this email asking me how my stay was. Don't bother.

Friendly staff but when I got there I had no bath towels. I told them as I was heading out for dinner. When I arrived late, I still had no towels, I had to call as there was no one at front desk. Luckily I managed to get them but it was a bit of a hassle. Had an issue with the toilet as well it was overflowing. For 2 nights, I’d say there was a lot going on. The only advantage is they take pets and their staff is friendly and I’m super patient.

It has no pool or complimentary breakfast but it was great to sleep and be in. Walks are thin because we could hear people walking in the hallways and what they were saying and doing in the rooms next to us.

Not an enjoyable stay at all! Although the property is a newer building that is all it has going for it. It advertises it is for an extended stay traveler however it is not set up for one. No dishes, uncomfortable furnishings and very cheaply put together. Guests that stay at this type of hotel are blue collar and homeless families that do not care how they trash the property and smoke their illegal substances everywhere. Entire property smelled of it including hallway an elevator. And I can’t leave out how I had to check in on a computer screen that was difficult to use and made me give a credit card to check in and billed me for the entire stay that I already prepaid for. When I mentioned to the manager about it she started it was an “ongoing issue “ with that machine and had to refund my card. I will not be staying at this hotel again when I stay in Syracuse.

The check in kiosk wouldn’t take the credit card, wasn’t reading the chip. So I had to check in person, could barely hear the receptionist. The bed was all springs, basically a pull out couch bed. Most uncomfortable night I’ve had in a hotel in a long time.

Stay here often always clean, staff is very nice and a lot of parking. Sometimes it's gets a little noisy but all in all its a great bargain. The kitchenette makes long stays better also.

The property was very clean. At the front you have an option to self check in which was very smooth. The room was very clean and spacious. Best part was no carpet in the room. Ample of parking around the hotel and there is Dunkins and Dennys within the walk in distance.

Overall very nice. Staff was hard to understand when checking in. The room was huge and bed was comfortable. My wife's only complaint was the comforter was very thin and she would have liked a much thicker one. We didn't use much of the room as it was a quick one night stay. If you stayed for multiple nights the microwave kitchen area would be nice. Pretty big fridge. The TV was perfect for watching March Madness.

There was some bumps but overall a good stay. Our room was clean. The dishes in the dishwasher were not. The towels were clean/ but there was some sort of smudge (maybe mascara?) on the pillow case. It seemed laundered so maybe it was just stained. But value compared to price was excellent. It was perfect for one night.
