"The property was well maintained and clean. Easy access to the elevators to our room and hardly had to wait. The staff members were helpful and took time to answer questions. The maids checked every day to make sure we had enough towels and if there were anything that we needed. "

"Was on the first floor so beach view was instructed some. Was on the end and the exterior door that lead to parking lot was very loud when exiting. Ice machine wasn't working very well. Overall was a decent place to stay. "

"My first room was disgusting. There was a bug infestation. I checked in late and by the time I got to my room and got the lights on the walls and ceiling had bugs all over it so I had to go repack all my stuff and try to get moved into a different room. The girls at the front desk were great."

"The A/C went out on the last night and It was extremely hot. The front desk said if I would’ve called, they would’ve came out because they have 24/hour maintenance. There was a red stain on the floor in the room. "

"This is a 2 star hotel at max. Pool is ok. Hotel smells bad and is outdated. Not a family friendly place. All you smell is weed smoke and a lot of shady characters lurking around. I was advised by many locals not to go out at night. I wouldn’t even let my wife walk to the Starbucks in the lobby alone. Had someone follow us to our room and almost had an altercation. Like I said not family friendly. In college and want to go on vacation with a bunch of the boys? Perfect place."

"Wake up at 10pm tonight to use the gym and all equipment is moved into the concierge room, which is located in this tight shoebox of a room in the LOBBY with a folding wicker barrier as your privacy. 1 treadmill, 1 bike and one other machine. Compared to their luxury style 10 elliptical, full free weight selection, cables, 5 treadmills, medicine balls etc, The pool was under renovation for half the time I was here Hallways to room smelled like stale cigarettes Room did regulate temperature. Room was very basic and the bed wasn’t comfy at all with dipping to make your lower back hurt the following morning Second day here, fire alarm goes off and everyone supposedly had to leave the building on April 7th. When I get to the lobby after being forced to use the stairs, not one patron or staff member exited the hotel. I passed at least 4 staff employees who went down the straits as well, and still, if staff exited the building there was NO ONE found OUTSIDE. Front desk service didnt even bat an eye when I asked for a discount due to the pool being renovated, the gym being renovated and for the hotel fire that NO ONE in the hotel reported outside for. Stayed here: Sunday - Thursday, 4/5 - 4/9. Will probably never stay at a Sheraton motel ever again due to this poor, poor experience. When staff was told I would be giving "

"Be warned - It's not just one large hotel...there are 3 or 4 bldgs. Don't get the Jamaiican - dirty and small. Very deceiving!! I know of 2 families that complained and were able to move to a nicer bldg...after being charged another $250.00...I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!! "
