With 2 people, 2 suitcases and 2 back packs there was minimal room to get around the bed or into bathroom. The bathroom is in a glassdoored room so if you’re not comfortable on the toilet or showering in front of somebody, get comfortable. "Fantastic central location! Wonderful view from the balcony of our ‘family room’. No on-site reception, but prompt and friendly responses to all requests through WhatsApp. They do clearly state their limited reception hours but I got responses to concerns right away. Had a little trouble finding our room the first time but well worth the challenge! ( Interior gate is right next to Feltrinelli’s bookstore.) "Super kind and helpful staff. Room temperature just right, compact space but with everything you need. (I travelled solo.) Had good lighting too - I dislike dark hotel rooms. Easy 10 minute walk to Piazza Maggiore. Fresh continental breakfast was fantastic. Overall wonderful stay. "

"Room was fine, clean and tidy. About a 15 minute walk from the centre which was great. Communication with the staff was not great, we had to ask multiple times for the self check in information when we landed as it was not sent in the morning as promised. We also had to wait ages for someone to let us in the front door. Asked if we could leave our luggage anywhere before our evening flight and received no reply. You also have to pay €1 to use the coffee machine and it doesn’t work."

"La camera bella e pulita, si trova al sesto piano, c'è anche un balconcino con sedie e tavolino. Conviene chiamare prima dell'arrivo per avere le istruzioni per accesso al portone e poi alla camera. L'unica cosa si avvertiva un leggero cattivo odore entrando nella stanza. In circa 20 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro. Parcheggio difronte al palazzo, 2,20 all'ora, dalle 8 alle 18, oppure 11 euro tutto il giorno. Colazione si fa presso un bar vicino. "
