"The property was in a perfect location which was walking distance to everywhere. The train station was 10 minutes walk and the terminal for catching the boat for the Cinque Terre was also 10 minutes walk. The room was comfortable, very clean and had lots of storage and furnished with towels and toiletries and a hairdryer. De kamers liggen op de 3e verdieping en er is een heel klein liftje (2 personen of 1 persoon met bagage) waarvoor je eerst een trap op moet. Voor ons was dat geen probleem, maar ben je slechter ter been, dan is deze leuke locatie helaas niet geschikt. Er was geen ontbijt, maar wel een koelkastje en een heerlijke bakkerij aan de overkant. "This is an amazing property located slap bang in the centre of La Spezia old town with restaurants, bars, cafés and independent shops on the doorstep. We had the duplex suite with a large lounge-diner area and bathroom downstairs, then a bedroom with massive bath tub and a further bathroom upstairs. "Chambre super propre. C’est littéralement à 1, 2 ou 3 minutes à pied de la gare de train (selon l’immeuble dans lequel vous serez logé). Très pratique pour visiter les villages des Cinque Terre en train, mais aussi le reste de la ville de La Spezia, qui se parcourt très facilement à pied. Le personnel est très réactif et poli. Très agréable de pouvoir se faire un petit thé ou café directement dans sa chambre. La salle de bain est au goût du jour et, je le répète, d’une propreté absolue ! Merci."
