"Room was very clean the host was very prompt to any questions or concerns, location was close to the marina area maybe a 10-15 walk did 2 great boat tour. He even gave us a ride to the train station thank you again. We enjoyed La Spezia. "

"This stay was everything I needed. The staff was very helpful and considerate. My only advice to travelers is to consider taking a taxi to get there, as the walk from the train station (and vice versa) is about a half hour, mostly uphill."

The breakfast was outstanding, the coffee was excellent and the service was perfect. The room was a generous size and the beds were very comfortable. She met us at the door to show us our place then explained everything in detail about the facility as well as helped us booked luggage storage right on site for the next day. The place was clean and has everything we need to be comfortable for the night. It was also extremely convenient to La Spezia train station for Cinque Terre as well as the main histrionic area around the corner of the apartment. Great stay overall."
