"The lobby is beautiful but the room was dingy looking and smelled funny, the AC wasn’t working and the shower felt like I was going to fall through. There was trash in the hallway when we arrived and the same trash, was there the next day when we left."

Blood stains on the walls, huge roaches crawling around the shower, didnt look like anyone had cleaned the room since the last person stayed, people doing drug deals right outside our door,(some of them being employees) they gave me no towels, no remote to watch tv, no phone in the room, and yes there was actually a microwave and mini fridge however the outlet didn't work. I felt like i had stepped into a crime scene. I tried asking for a refund after only being there for an hour but they wouldn't even do that, claiming their computers were broken. "
