"Had a wonderful stay at Mercure Jakarta Kota. I must say, the front office staff went out of their way to take care of my requirements and even ordered some IKEA products I wanted to carry back. "The rooms does not even have a window. and the toilet shower does not work well, instead of a spray, it runs like a tap and it floods the shower area within seconds, the soap is lousy quality, even telling them to fix the shower they didn't bother. The only good thing is the staff are friendly and the breakfast is decent."
