"First of all, the staff at Il Perlo Panorma is exceptional. They were so accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. We arrived and had booked the Basic Room. It was ok, but since it was our 20 th anniversary, we asked about upgrading the room. The Junior Suite was available. They handle our room switch while we were away, moved our luggage and the Suite was amazing. We literally didn't want to leave the room. It had a huge balcony with stunning views of Bellagio and the lake, wonderful...

"The hotel is located at a beautiful spot overlooking lake Como, stunning views. Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms. "This property is truly lovely. The rooms are spacious, large and fresh. Our room I thought when I saw the picture with the bunk beds will be simple but it was elegant. The property lies slightly out of town behind a nice electronic gate that opens up into a nice driveway and garden with a pool and an amazing view of a rock faced mountain. The building has be refurbished, yes with Ikea, but it is tasteful done. The breakfast was simple, scrambled eggs with sauteed mushrooms, pastries,...

"Beautiful location, but not easy to access, very windy roads. The villa is quite old and a little run down. The room was spacious with a very nice view. Bed and pillows were quite uncomfortable. They advertised a free bottle of sparkling wine, which we never saw . The room was clean, full of antique furniture. There was a small balcony but the chairs and tables were quite dirty. We couldn't use them.
Breakfast was good, with delicious homemade cake but no fresh fruit, only canned fruit ...
