"It was super close to the shopping center. The staff was great. My kids loved the room and the pool. We are big on privacy so it was one of the few places that offered a separate room from living room with a door. Breakfast was great. They don’t have a full size fridge and the bathrooms are always small but over all for 4 people the room was perfect. We will be going back for sure. The price is very decent in our opinion."

"They don’t change my sheets and a lot homeless around building I have to clean the room myself change the sheets and try get new towels every 2 days and smell bad homeless digs for the stash can I never one back my trip this hotel ."

"The suite I stayed in this time was pretty nice considering, I mean it is “The Red Roof Inn” ain’t no 5 star Hotel. More like a brothel. Which I’m cool with. Over all I like the place I stay often. Room amenities are to be desired. They claim that every booking is for two adults if they give you the amenities of one for towels, wash, loss, hand towels. Floors are dirty carpet dirty it all needs to be redone. Seems like they’re doing that little bit at a time. Parking is OK not bad restaurant...

"Bel hôtel, bien placé, la chambre était grande, propre, staff professionnel, et le petit déjeuner buffet était super. Par contre, l'eau dans la baignoire avait du mal à s'évacuer. Proposition d'amélioration : une bouteille d'eau offerte dans la chambre aurait été appréciable. Je recommande et séjournerai sûrement de nouveau lors d'un prochain séjour."

"Staff was rude! Found an employee coming out of our room with us knowing when we already had all of our stuff in the room, just because a previous guest thought they forgot something! "

"Bed was clean and comfy. Biggest gripe was that neither elevator seemed to be able to take me up to the second floor - the buttons just wouldn't take the input. Ended up taking the stairs every time after multiple attempts with the elevator, but wasn't that big of a deal. Staff was very friendly and helpful, they called to inform me that they wanted to switch my room as there was a problem with the shower but I just didn't have time during the day to come back and change rooms during my trip. I...

"The property is close to a lot of restaurants as well as stores. No need for a rental car if you are staying local."

"We had 2 rooms. Both were not clean. One didn't have a micro the other had a stopped up sink. (no one there to fix it at 4 in the afternoon). Later that day the toilet blocked up. No one available to fix it. We had to go to the store and buy a plunger. The breakfast was a joke. this hotel was completely full and yet they didn't have any support personnel. If I could have gotten my money back I would not have stayed there. What a terrible place."
