"The Harbinson House was a great place to stay for going to a show at Ace of Spades. It is in a beautiful historic neighborhood and the place itself is a quirky historic home. I was able to walk back and forth from the venue while looking at the amazing architecture of the houses. My room had an Alice In Wonderland theme with a functioning Victorola which was really cool. "Hotel lobby, Pool and dining were great. We were asked if we wanted to upgrade to a corner room and have better views. The views came with a ton of loud city noise. It is in downtown, beware that it will be noisy. Bathroom had mold on ceilings and at shower door. Was fine but wouldn’t stay there again."

"The property and rooms are not well cared for… bathrooms disgusting with hair and dust everywhere, curtains falling from the windows… they also charge $8 per car for parking which is ridiculous given how much we paid for a private room ($150 a night). For this price, it’s better to just get a hotel."

"My experience at the Delta King was positive. The staff was very welcoming, the beverage selection at the bar was good, and dinner at the Pilothouse restaurant was excellent. The only suggestion I have is to get better mattress in the suites, as they weren’t not that comfortable. Overall, my experience was positive, and I would return again."

"The housekeeping was awful. There was a noticeable stain on the duvet cover and hair on top and in the sheets. Hair was also found in the shower stall. Troy was very helpful in immediately moving us to another room. That shower also had hair in it. I used the shower hand held and rinsed it out. The brown spider in the bathroom took me over. I spoke with Ryan at the desk and was told he refunded the stay. I have no confirmation or receipt of it. I will be calling them about it. "
