"Safety is apparently not a priority to the GM at this hotel. I had too separate issues with my door and the staff, Expedia and the GM of the hotel were dismissive of my concerns. No apology, no "thanks for letting us know, we will look into it", zero acknowledgment or concern for safety - the focus was only on their policy. Unreal. Will never stay at this hotel again or this chain for that matter. Surprised Expedia didn't do more either."

"I was looking for a budget friendly accommodation in the area for a single night and this fit the bill. The room was clean, there was a lot of choices of restaurants in the area and the staff was super friendly. Some updates to the property and room are needed but the motel operators are aware of this and it is reflected in the price.
