"Breakfast wasn’t applicable. Rooms and hotel smell and look lovely. Presents very well and the location for the star, Southbank and city restaurants is amazing. Staff are always very pleasant and welcoming. Valet can be a pain if it’s busy due to the driveway but staff are always quick to assist. Bar on ground has nice snacks and drinks are served fast and efficiently. "

"This lovely boutique hotel has a refurbished modern look with a retro feel. Close to central station so easy access to trains. Front desk staff so very helpful and a big shout out to the regular female (whose name I did not get) who helped me daily. Their new dinner menu has a wonderful gnocchi dish on it.
