We did a lot of walking but the trams work well as another way to move around the city, which is bigger than we had expected. The hotel was cozy. The lounge was comfortable and appealing. "I loved this hotel and the staff was absolutely amazing. Located just a block or two from shopping and the hotel has its own parking garage. Rooms have AC and the front desk has someone at it at all times. Staff was great and recommended things to do and how to get to them like the cathedral at the top of the hill overlooking the city of Lyon. "

"The staff is kind, helpful and attentive. Any problem or inconvenience was addressed immediately. My room was clean and the housekeeper was always willing to do more for me. I loved the location of the Hotel. It is within 5 minutes of a weekend Farmers Market. There were lots of shops, restaurants and French Grocery stores near by. Walking is easy with several pedestrian bridges available for crossing the river. I will happily return in the future.."

"Chambre très propre. Il y a un passage de train en dessous de l'hôtel, mais les fenêtre sont très bien isolé. Personnel très agréable et sympathique. Emplacement de l'hôtel pas mauvais. Tram a 5 minutes à pied (pas toujours à l'heure). "

"Room was the smallest we’ve ever experienced. Almost impossible to get to opposite side of bed without hitting your head on the tv mounted on the wall. Bathroom had a horrible room layout - your knees hit the wall in front of you as you sat on the toilet. Worse than a toilet on a plane. A/C did not work, room was very hot. Don’t waste your money on this place."

"Quiet location . Near a main train/ metro station. Unfortunately there is no restaurant for hotel guests onsite. The cooliing system in the room was not responsive, so sleeping was a bit uncomfortable. Breakfast was very good and the staff were excellent. "
