"The staff especially the front desk was cheerful and enjoyable and knowledgeable when I asked her questions of restaurants and beach location was always a pleasure talking to the night time afternoon lady whom I forgot her name the room smelled Sour and the bathroom smelled sour too we didn’t complain even thou my mother has respiratory issues and the fact that my mother also is handicapped so the bottom floor worked out great for her limitations of walking "

"Fridge and freezer didn't work. Cooking implements, pans, plates and cups cost extra. Coffee maker had to be purchased, and there was no coffee or tea in the lobby. No change available for laundry, so you had to accept the surcharge for using credit card. Internet failed. Power failed, AC would shutofff automatically.. it was just terrible. "

"This is an old motel, things are simple and room is small. While not a spa it is clean. There is good air conditioning, a frig, freezer, microwave and tv. It’s right next to rt 41 but quiet. Good night’s sleep. "

"The only good is the beach is so beautiful. If you looking for a relaxing beach vacay this is not the place go to Mexico. The hotel takes full advantage of you knowing one has limited choices in Naples for a beach front hotel and that is very sad. Standing in a hot line listening to guest argue who was first and who left there bag as there place in line to pay almost $40 for an umbrella after paying dearly for a room with added resort fees is crazy. The hotel should care enough about its guests...
