"George was a fantastic host. Attentive to my needs and always available by phone. The room was updated beautifully with a great shower. It was also very clean and comfortable. As far as location the hotel is next to cafes, restaurants, shopping and the harbor and yet very quiet. I would definitely stay again."

"The welcoming feeling goes beyond the arrival. It is all way till the end, when the team thank you and says "hope see you again" - priceless. The whole team, from receptionist and cleaners to management, they are very friendly and helpful. They offer toiletry produced locally. It was so go that we found the brand shop and bought some to take home. They offer all the best. The whole room/ bathroom very clean. I strongly recommend this hotel for all it has to offer. Room and hotel made the whole stay in chania perfect, as it feels you are staying in part of history with all the amenities and it is a well kept property."

"Great location, perfect for walking around the old harbor / old town area; there are dozens of restaurants and cafes around. Very quick walk over to the lighthouse, too. Might be a bit of a challenge to park if you have a car, but there are no issues if you're using public transit/taxis. The room has a very nice view / balcony and the amenities are good. This hotel does not have a check-in desk per se, but you can walk a few hundred feet to another one of the Domus hotels and check in there....
