I could give more stars if I could. This is a lovely clean hotel with very polite and helpful staffs. The environment is so clean and quite we had a very good stay here. We were travelling from UK to Turkey by car. Our first stop stay was this hotel as we left the following day 2 hrs later the kind gentlemen called us and has said we've forgotten out passport folder with all our documents and passports so we had to turn back from Hungary back to the hotel. The hotel is modern and well-maintained, with an excellent location. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast was very good, with a wide selection. They kindly offered us two adjacent rooms as requested and accommodated a late checkout at a reasonable price. A particularly thoughtful touch was the fruit tray they provided for my birthday. We will certainly book again—everything was really appreciated.

We had a lovely stay at Das Tigra, conveniently located to city centre . The breakfast was excellent .The only unfortunate thing was the Chambermaid staff did not pay attention to detail, eg requested non feather bedding but feather pillows were on the bed, Tea and hair products were not replaced daily.The cleaning of the bathroom was not up to standard. However the front of house staff were very attentive and remedied the issues . I would return if these issues are addressed.

Friendly accommodating staff who were willing to advise and help with queries about local places of interest. Hotel was out of the main city but close to two u-bahn stations which allowed access to the centre of Vienna within 10 minutes, trains running frequently during the day and the evening. Beach within 10 minutes walk. Hotel was clean and comfortable, restaurant and bar menu good if we didn't want to eat out. Transfers to and from the airport were easy by bus, or by taxi.
