SH ingles in itself was a clean hotel in a good location but was definitely missing the pool, the roof terrace, the gym. Essentially all the items, we booked the Estimar for. Also, SH had super loud rooms with paper thin walls, which was an big nuisance. No compensation for the forgone services and minor quality of the replacement hotel was offered. "The family room was very comfortable, very large bed plus a single and a cot but the room didn’t feel over crowded. Great to have a fridge in the room to keep drinks cool in the hot weather! Nice breakfast with good variety. The location is perfect- a short walk to the centre, not too noisy or busy. Our journey from the airport was very straightforward. Also right next to the botanical gardens which were lovely."
