"My husband and I recently enjoyed an exceptional 8-night stay at the Hôtel Madison in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés. Our room was comfortable and beautifully maintained, and we particularly enjoyed breakfast each morning beneath the glass roof of the hotel's restaurant and cocktail bar. What truly distinguished Hôtel Madison was its staff. Every member of the team demonstrated a level of professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness that transformed our stay from enjoyable to unforgettable. The reception and guest relations staff were consistently welcoming and efficient, the culinary team thoughtfully accommodated special dietary requirements, and the concierge provided outstanding recommendations and reservations that enhanced our Paris experience. What impressed us most happened on the final day of our visit, when I became ill. The hotel team immediately mobilized to assist us, arranging a house call from a physician and ensuring we had the support we needed throughout the situation. Their responsiveness, compassion, and genuine concern went far beyond what one would normally expect from a hotel. The staff at Hôtel Madison exemplifies hospitality at its finest. We left Paris not only with wonderful memories of the city but also with sincere gratitude for the care and kindness shown to us during a challenging moment. I highly recommend Hôtel Madison and would gladly stay there again on any future visit to Paris."

"It is the absolute best, unless you can afford the Ritz. Excellent location, close to Notre Dame, the Louvre, high end and more affordable budget shopping. Across the street, an excellent boulangerie to grab breakfast, multiple dinning options close by. Water and ice machines in every floor perfect after you have been walking in the sun all day long. Big comfortable rooms and bathrooms."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and it was nice having a small kitchenette. We really appreciated their free water refills and free coffee in the morning. We appreciated having a laundry in the basement. The problems were that one elevator was broken for 5 continuous days. The air conditioner could not always keep up with the heat wave."

"I came at 4 to check in because that’s what it says check in time is… they couldn’t get me in my room until 4:25 after I complained. The frame which is the restaurant inside of the hotel… customer service is horrible. No one greets you we say for a good 15 minutes before we were finally offered a drink from the bar. I paid $180 to have someone bring me champagne and macaroons with rose pedals to our room at 9am…. Didn’t come until 9:50 and we then had to rush because we had to catch a train. I’ve stayed at other hotels in Paris that I would give 10/10 this one is over priced only because of the view. It is not worth cost."
