"The staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a problem with our toilet which seemed to be running too long to refill and they sent someone in the morning and it was taken care of. Breakfast had plenty of options and the breakfast area was open and inviting. In good weather there are outdoor tables as well. Bedroom was comfortable and the llving room was as well. We were on the third floor and it was very quiet and we had a tree right outside of our window. Parking was easy"

"I booked a property through Expedia for six guests to visit Sesame Place. Upon arriving around 7:50 PM, the host told us the property was already occupied. We wasted an hour driving back and forth, plus a six-hour round-trip drive home, and lost our entire second day at the park. "Terrible stay. Would not come back. Everything was fine until we arrived and were told the hotel Wi-Fi was down. We stayed for three days, and the Wi-Fi was still not working by the end of the trip. That meant no reliable internet the entire stay, and since my phone only had one or two bars in the room, I could barely stream anything or use my phone properly either.
