"I booked a property through Expedia for six guests to visit Sesame Place. Upon arriving around 7:50 PM, the host told us the property was already occupied. We wasted an hour driving back and forth, plus a six-hour round-trip drive home, and lost our entire second day at the park. I’m requesting a full refund and additional compensation for the stress, wasted time, and ruined plans for our group. "

"The room was clean and nice, but some, though not all, of the staff were unfriendly. Unfortunately, the breakfast was terrible. The first time I went, there was no waffle mix or fruit. The second day, I had to wait to get waffles because there was only one machine and the hotel had many guests, so I went out to buy some. It was a bad experience."

Full equipped kitchen, and outside felt almost like an apartment complex and very home-y. Was very quiet for a hotel & grounds very clean with it being pet friendly. "I booked a suite with 2 king size beds, the room I got was a suite with 2 full beds. There was mold in the corner ceiling. The boxsprings were stained.. We slept on top of the covers. The bathtub/shower was dirty. The hotel hallways had a weird smell. The breakfast was okay."
