"This property is a great location to access the public transportation and walking distance from the inner city. The room has a thermostat but when we could not get the cooler to come on and we asked, we were informed that the hotel controls the temperature and there was nothing to be done. We simply opened the windows and that helped a lot. There was no phone in the room and the only way to communicate with the front desk was to go down to the desk or get online. For the price, we found it a bit high, but we had very good experiences with the restaurant and bar staff and that made up for a lot."

"Amazing hotel, definitely recommend it. Big shout out to Rose and her Spanish colleague at reception, both friendly yet professional and very helpful. The gym is beautiful and elegant but a bit poor in terms of machines and weights. Besides that it’s an absolute delight"
