"We booked the hotel through Expedia, I do not recommend this. Book through the property, they will likely provide a better room + overall experience. Ours was an interior room with no sunlight. Upon arrival the room smelled as though it had been smoked it. The front desk was unable to help as they had no other rooms. They offered to spray other “smelly” cleaners, but no other accommodations of any sort were attempted. The bed was comfortable, the shower was nice, those are the only compliments I...

"Such a nice hotel in a great location. Wonderful buffet breakfast with lots of options. Easy to arrange transport from the airport ahead of time. Our room was large and very comfortable. We would love to return to this hotel. "

"Staff were terrific and so helpful with trains and advice on sights! Philipp and Lagos were exceptional caring for us, reheating our leftovers, city attractions and providing us with GREAT service. Location of this hotel is FANTASTIC! Close to everything, bakery for breakfast and coffee, Underground and many shops and museums. Rooms are nicely appointed and beds and pillows comfortable! "Leckeres Früstücksbuffet. Besonders die junge Dame im Service liebt ihre Arbeit und ist außergewöhnlich freundlich! Die Zimmer sind sauber, jedoch ist der Teppichboden darin nicht so mein Fall. Matratze leicht durchgelegen. Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend."
