"Location, location, location. This hotel is in a cute neighborhood with many shops, bars, and restaurants; it was perfect for all of our tours and museum stops. We walked to almost everything; couldn't have asked for a better location. This is a wonderful hotel with helpful staff and clean, functional, quiet, well thought out rooms. "Overall the stay was good with exception of few items. 1.AC issue was top of the list as we were paying something like £227 per night and AC doesn't work properly isn't justifiable. This really left us with a bad taste. You want to be comfortable at night but instead we had bad night sleep. The AC was programmed to be switched off at around 10pm and then at midnight. On Sunday, even the power to the AC was switched off at the keypad. 2.Second aspect was there was no food service after 4pm,...

"This was our best stay in Vienna. It was a great location in the city center of Vienna yet very quite. The AC was the best we have had in Europe. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding and the staff was great. We will stay here next time we come to Vienna."
