"This gem is hidden and I hope won’t change. Check in was ok- a few pieces of info was not given but the night staff were very helpful. Checkout was great. Beautiful hotel. I stayed in the city view room and the views are well worth the upgrade. Room is spacious and great layout. The bed was too soft for me so I didn’t sleep well. Overall stay was great."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable, and the pillows were fantastic. Both soft and firm were provided. I even asked where I could purchase one. The shower was perfect! Plenty of space and even a little balcony overlooking a golf course. Rooms were quiet. Highly recommend."

Housekeeping was awesome helped us out a lot with that issue throughout our stay. it did persist. My son enjoyed the water park. Their pizza and hamburgers were pretty good. All in all had a good 4 days stay."

"We liked our first room better then the upgrade to the lake view. We will know to just get a regular room if we come back. The restaurant for breakfast should have a few more choices but it was okay. The dining room for the rest of the meals was too limited for my 10 year old to eat at as she wanted chicken strips and fries and that was not an option so we had to leave the property each day for lunch and supper. The towels are small for a bath towel so investing in fluffier larger towels...
