"Gorgeous hotel. Highly recommend."

"Great property in an ideal location. Walkable to the Falls Park, restaurants and more. Parking $15 a night. Clean, updated property with many amenities. Free access to pedal and ebikes (limited, first come basis), friendly staff and Nespresso pod machine with delicious options. Only negatives, no working ice machine on our floor and cost of the rooms without an expedia discounted rate. We loved our visit and took full advantage of the complementary bikes exploring the Falls Park and surrounding...

"This house is an older and rustic, but the vibe is fantastic! Rooms were well kept and stocked with the necessities. Very quiet and peaceful even though it is a very short walking distance from downtown Sioux Falls (5 to 8 walk depending on what you wanted to do). Shops, Food, Bars, and Entertainment was super convenient to get to. Check in and out was very simple. I would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely stay there again."

"The Center Inn is an adjacent to Avera hospital so it is a good place to stay if you or a family member need care. Anyone can stay here. I’ve stayed several times when I wanted a quiet, clean room. The rooms are nicely furnished with very comfortable beds, a microwave and mini-frig. The staff is very nice and so helpful. There is onsite parking and several picnic tables to sit at and just relax. The breakfast is continental but has a wide variety of items; yogurt, cereal, and pastries and fruit....

"Very clean room! The staff was so nice and helpful too. The outdoor pool and hot tub were very nice! We didn’t utilize the indoor one or the spa but that looked nice as well. I stayed there for an event and will definitely stay again m, if another event comes up!"
