"The room was clean and very spacious , could use some maintenance. Interactions with the staff was great. Location is convenient, right behind a shopping center. There’s and abundance of parking. My husband and I would definitely stay here again."

"Staff was kind and makes up for much but as a member experiencing many properties like this it just continues to be a rough stay with this company. At this location the cleaning certainly did not seem thorough as obvious trash was found in the bathroom I’m not sure how it was missed in the first place and along with such a foul odor in the room that I went to get all kinds of sprays to make manageable. Breakfast matched what this company normally offers but it lacked here to an extra degree...

"The worst. The pool didnt work and we was misinformed when we checked in. We checked out a day early and they didnt want to close out the reservation. Then they was suppose to return money back for a day we didnt stay there because we checked out early. Instead of returning the money they charged us the money they were suppose to return. Till this day im still dealing with expedia and the hotel calling every day to get my 108 they were suppose to return and the extra 108 they charge me"

"One of the most horrible place I ever had stay to in my life. The room was very filthy. No iron, toothpaste or toothbrush, tv didn't work good, refrigerator not working. It took a day for the room to heat up. Arrived on a Thursday and live on a Monday and no room service. Only two wash towels. The sink got clogged up.The sheets and pillow case dirty, comforter had a hole in it. Underneath the bed look like you could plant sweet potatoes. All night noise from the planes, trains, loud vehicle...

"Being in a college town this hotel knows they have a captive audience, and they don’t need to keep the rooms up-to-date and mediocrity will still get them plenty of stays because every four years there’s a complete turnover of potential guests. My room had a very odd Jacuzzi with no door between the room and the tub, as well as two mini fridges."
