The hotel was clean and comfortable. Rooms seem to have been recently renovated with updated bathroom facilities, beds and bedding. Staff were friendly and polite. Breakfast was plentiful and superb. Parking lot was well lit and felt safe. An overall great stay!

The room was great—clean, neat, everything provided that we might need. Checking was smooth and quick. The dining room staff were helpful and friendly; breakfast choices were varied, plentiful, and good. My only complaint is not something the hotel could really control—road noise. That said, the hotel was easy to reach since it was on a main road and actually near a very quaint part of Laurel. If our room had been on the back side of the hotel, I’m sure it would have been much quieter.

I had to pack up my family of 5 at 130am due to bed bugs and rodent feces in our room. Lots of people in and out of the hotel late at night. We felt watched and unsafe. I was promised a full refund for the 2 rooms I booked by the front desk, however management is very uncooperative and I have not received my money back.

Friendly staff, comfy beds, great pool

Comfortable stay for an extended weekend visiting family. Friendly staff, rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable. We loved that there was an outdoor pool and it wasn’t crowded. Hot and cold breakfast options that were a good start for the day. It is not n a busy road so it can be a bit noisy from the traffic however, that would not steer me away from staying again in the future.
