"We really enjoyed our stay and the hotel couldn't have been more perfect for us. It was located in a vibrant area and had a really trendy atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed the happy hour, which was absolutely buzzing. Unfortunately there was one small grip: at breakfast time, our server (an older, bald man) was very unwelcoming. Every time he approached our table he looked extremely grumpy and it made us uncomfortable. Worst of all, at one point he wandered across to reception and was...
