"While the room was clean and the decor was very nice, our first floor room faced a busy intersection that handled big trucks and regular traffic. We wouldn't have noticed the noise but for the fact that it was very hot and the air conditioning didn't work. They kindly brought up a fan to circulate the air and cool things, but we had to sleep with windows open. Breakfast was good but we were too tired to appreciate it. We didn't use the spa."

"Absolutely charming place! lovely courtyard, nice breakfast, comfortable bed with nice space in the room, and nice bathrooms. the only downside was coming during the summer with no A/C. I stayed in a room on the ground floor giving out on the common courtyard and couldn't really open the bedroom doors so it was incredibly hot in the room at night (like 84-85ºF/29-30C)!! The host was welcoming and easy to comunicate with."

"Wow Bruno the host, what a guy! I have to speak of him first. I had only an over night stay but i was meeting a place that didn’t land until 6pm the next day so Bruno allowed me to use the garden an the pool, provided me with a towel an a bathroom to use an even hand delivered me fresh coffee. Also offered me beer on arrival but I had my own. The room was spotless on arrival, it breakfast just right the croissant were fresh a flaky a the apricots hand picked yummy. "Room was very unclean, in particular the bathroom. There was black mould on the ceiling above the shower and under the unit in the bedroom, the toilet was grimy and falling apart, the walls were pealing apart, the shower flooded the floor, the shampoo provided in the room was out of date and burned my skin, the bed was the wrong way around, there was a moth in the room when we arrived, and we found more bugs during the night"

"Beautiful destination town not far from CDG airport/Paris. This hotel boasts an excellent restaurant, large variety of rooms, and an incredibly kind and helpful staff that went above and beyond! The receptionists were bilingual and even offered to help solve some other travel issues we had that had nothing to do with the hotel. Can't wait to return! Suggest two nights."

"The restaurant staff was terrible. Forgot to bring a salad I ordered, had to ask for service settings to eat, non attentive staff during our meal. The breakfast buffet was much much better. Beautiful room with a great view. Very cool to stay in a castle with a moat."
