The hotel provides all the basic amenities, including slippers and pajamas. The staff is helpful. They also provide baggage forwarding service to the next destination, if one does not want to carry their luggage with them."

"I loved this hotel! It was like staying in spa up high in the sky. Don’t miss the opportunity to use the public bath on the 26th floor. It has spectacular views! It is separated into men’s and women’s and is a “sento” so you don’t use a bathing suit and wash completely before soaking in the hot tub. The TV set in your room has a menu where you can check to see how busy it is before you take the elevator up. If you love the ofuro experience this is it! The shower in the guest room is also wonderful! Rooms run small so book a big one. The breakfast buffet is terrific too."
