"Everything was amazing and flawless about this place... I was not used to experience this kind of quality and service in France..."

"Well run place, rooms are on the small side, perfectly good for 2 travellers but with a baby.... air conditioning would be a plus, but it is so convenient on the way to the south of France, well worth stopping short of Lyon."

"It was a Perfect stay"

"Good space to stay with familiy"

"We loved our stay at Effect Lodge. Our room overlooked the back side of the property, including the pool. Great views and an open feel in our large room. The host was so gracious and helpful. She recommended public transportation for our visit to Old Lyon, and it worked out perfectly. She also provided direction in getting our laundry taken care of. In many ways, staying at Effect felt like being at home. Highly recommend this property!"

"Very Nice place in an unique setting Highly Recommended"

"Great place to stay in Lyon especially if you are going to stay more than 2 nights. This is the place where you relax and enjoy."

"Rooms very clean, does have an elevator, they have prepaid parking you can reserve ahead of time. Otherwise very difficult to find parking on the street, beautiful view from hotel patio over the city"

"Ideal stop over if driving through France. Comfortable room and fantastic buffet"

"Great location and great staff"

"Nice little hotel but they didn’t provide basic stuff. No hair conditioner, no body lotion. Second day they gave us shampoo… other than that it was okay. The room was really tiny. Hard to have space for our luggage. "

"Great stay. All new and clean, with attention to detail. Nice furniture and deco overall. Comfortable bed. Location is good if you want to avoid the busy city center."
