"We got there & were told they had overbooked the hotel so they didn’t have a room for us. They had taken the liberty to book us into the Hampton Inn down the street. It was an embarrassing situation for us as she loudly announced in front of other people the situation. We had driven 8+ hours that day & we’re not happy to be greeted by that news. The desk clerk at the Hampton Inn indicated that this was far from the first time this has happened with them. I will not book a Hyatt Hotel again...

Additionally, the staff at the Hacienda restaurant were unhelpful and came across as rude. I also had to contact the Privado front desk three separate times to obtain basic information about the gym schedule, which was frustrating. "Poor room cleanliness upon arrival. Booked Mountain View room but looked at parking lot. There 3 day and received NO services, No clean towels, finally after multiple asks, had to go to reception 2 times to get towels. Room never cleaned/touched up despite 3 night stay. Just very poor customer service overall. Breakfast buffet was a joke. No cups in room for coffee maker. Bad experience. "

"Exceeded my expectations! Our suite was large and clean, with two bathrooms, two bedrooms, and a spacious kitchen with a dishwasher, full sized fridge, stocked cabinets, a coffeemaker, and your standard pots/pans/utensils for cooking. Pools were clean and comfortable, and the kids had fun on the water slides. Staff was responsive via text. Really the perfect place to stay with two young kids."

"This property is in the midst of condominiums, strip malls, and 3 - 4 lane streets with heavy traffic. If you’re looking for a picturesque setting , with a traditional southwest feel, this place is very far from it. On the other hand, this serves as a comfortable mini-pad with generous amenities for a business trip or family stay."

"This Hilton property is located in one of the most upscale Scottsdale areas. However the check in process was the reason for the 3 stars. It is staffed by "time-share" high pressure personalities who were efficient enough at checking you in but kept insisting on taking the 90 minute presentation. We wanted to get to our condo and rest as we had flown in that day not be coerced into having to defend our answer of "no" to the presentation offer. "Pool and whirlpool are the best. Rooms are getting a bit tired. Also, residents are now expected to help with housekeeping. Not a good idea for the price you pay. "
