"Canceled my reservation an hour after check-in while I was already 2.5 hours into a 3.5 hour drive for my daughter’s Nationals competition. I booked months in advance through Expedia. They claimed they were short staffed and overbooked. The manager, was unapologetic and told me to “book somewhere else.” When I explained we were traveling with a baby and were one hour away, he threatened to hang up on me for “yelling” when I was simply upset. "I have stayed at this property several times in the past few years, and never had a bad experience. This trip was different. I had made reservations for 2 nights - Saturday and Sunday. I checked in Saturday evening after a long, tiring drive. Sunday morning I found to my horror that the toilet was totally blocked. The room should never have been given out under those conditions."

"The rooms are nicely equipped with a small kitchenette, and the bathrooms are clean. I had a handicap accessible room and that made all the difference in my stay. The staff are nice and accommodating. I stay here pretty often when im passing through, would always recommend."
