"Central and great location Only thing is our room was right on the street and exceptionally noisy From people talking, cars, bikes and trucks zooming past, to builders and sanitary workers all before 8 am. Sorry but soundproofing required Staff were super lovely We stayed one night Managed 4 hours of continuous sleep "

"On a narrow street in old town, but lacking charm. Had to find street parking outside town. Close enough to sights. Thought the hot tub would be nice, but turned the entire room into a steamy sauna. Staff was non-existent, and abrupt electronic communication. As noted by others, stairs were very steep and narrow. Was only 1 night, but wish we’d stayed elsewhere."

"The set-up for the room was definitely interesting. Right at the front entrance there's a landing area to put your bags and a little coffee counter, and the bathroom. The bedroom was up a very narrow set of circular stairs. The quarters were set up nicely considering the vertical layout, but we found it a bit tight. Going down those stairs to the bathroom in the middle of the night would not be ideal if you're not very able bodied. The staff was over the top wonderful, helpful and communicative and the location of the room was amazing."

"A quaint and cool harbor of comfort during a pouring rain, which made our stay in Monopoli outstanding. Gabriella was particularly warm and inviting, a very friendly and courteous host and guide...her radiance overpowered the terrible weather! The room was one-of-a-kind, the perfect example of luxury, bespoke accommodations.The tub and fireplace were lovely features. The site--a former fishmonger's worksite directly on the harbor--added a historical significance. And the to-order breakfast was tasty and cheerfully delivered. Significant to us, Gabriella went out of her way to ship to us a forgotten item...the epitome of customer care. Highly recommend Palazzo Giuditta!"
