"I was underwhelmed with this hotel. It is under construction right now, so the lobby layout is confusing and feels very cramped. Our room layout was fine and it was clean, but the bathroom was the smallest I have ever seen. The bathroom door was a pocket door that did not go all the way to ground, thus providing very little privacy. The location is great, but this was billed as one of the nicest hotels in Portland and overall felt very mid-range. "

"Great hotel. Comfy bed. great espresso in room from Portland Coffee Roasters. Craft Brew Happy Hour from 5p-6p (free!) oh and unlimited pinball downstairs on the way to the well appointed gym. No food onsite, but many great options in walking distance. Pro-tip: park in the US Bank Garage for $18/night. I've recently stayed in 3 boutique hotels in downtown Portland. this is my favorite so far, and may stop trying new ones out after this. Great staff, super friendly and cool."

Free breakfast from 6:30-9:30 includes bagels, toast, english muffins, yogurt, fruit, juice, cold cereals. Friendly front desk staff. "Location is nearby shopping areas, Pearl district, food trucks corner, cafes and train stops. But their High Horse restaurant has outstanding breakfast, crew and chef. Thanks to Sofia who took care of six old ladies at breakfast. we didn’t have enough nights to try lunch and dinner, im sure are also good. Great staff from concierge to housekeeping. All were pleasant and gave great suggestions and instructions. Tamara and a nice young lady, at 03/08 in the morning (I didn’t get the name)...
