"The standard king room was beautiful overall. There were a few minor maintenance issues, including visible water damage and bubbling plaster on the bathroom ceiling, bubbling on the crocodile-print leather detail next to the TV, and some stitching coming undone on the armchair. Aside from these points, the room felt lush and very comfortable. I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, but both lunch and dinner were delicious."

We stayed in a one-bedroom suite on the 22nd floor with a king-size bed, and the room was spotless, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The location was perfect — walkable to many restaurants, shops, and nearby attractions, which made getting around very easy. Service was seamless throughout the stay, and the staff were truly outstanding: friendly, attentive, and professional at every turn. Everything about the hotel exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it. "

"Very good service, excellent location, very clean room with an extraordinary view. But upon arrival at 3:15 pm, I left my luggage at the entrance and it never arrived in my room. I had to ask for it, and it was in another room—a nightmare. Luckily, it was recovered without any problems, and I didn't even receive an apology from the hotel."
