"I wanted to like this hotel, but we were disappointed by how old the mattresses and furniture were. Sadly there was no sitting area/sofa in living area, just the trundle bed and a basic table with chairs. The location and balcony view were very beautiful and the host was nice and welcoming, and it was very clean, so that was much appreciated. However the listing said a 4 star hotel so we were a bit disappointed with the situation."

"Great experience. Room with a view and quite large. Walkable and everything within 5 minutes. Amazing! Parking is tricky call ahead and get exact instructions."

"The villa is beautifully renovated. The room was clean & comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. Unfortunately the wifi frustratingly continually dropped out & the tv had no reception. The owner said it was because of a storm but I'm not convinced about that.The parking was easy, however, if you are a nervous driver, be warned, the road from Kotor is a single lane with 2 way traffic. It is a beautiful location."

Everyone who works there is personable, professional, and makes you feel like a VIP guest. "We were able to spend a few days in Kotor Bay. The fort a Terra was an excellent hotel. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We ended up eating most of our meals at the hotel and their sister restaurant at the hotel that is also owned by them. The food was amazing, the waiters were well informed with good suggestions for wines and paired drinks. I would strongly recommend staying here!"

"The property itself is amazing. Near by the Porto exclusive area. All the staff are amazing Lobo, Font Desk receptionist, is incredibly helpful. The staff at Murano rest assured me all requests I have been asked The area itself has a lot to do, but without the crowds as the old town has. The Kotor Old Town is about 25 mins away in car. We rent a car and was the best idea."
