The optional breakfast is tasty and substantial, which is a big hit with me, and definitely worth paying the extra for. Nice new flooring and carpets throughout. My room was clean but could use an electric socket near the bed (I have advised host on this). Bedside lamps were battery only and ran out of power when I went out for a long evening. "The lady Silvia very pleasant and helpful as all the other ladies and gentlemen. Breakfast options good , room ideal for me and my son and we left earlier to get home they supplied us with bacon sandwich as it was to early for breakfast. Parking was easy i paid for a place.used trams to get around. My son and i enjoyed our stay"

"the staff were lovely but on arrival we got put in the wrong room we got put in a single when i paid for a double. I showed my booking to the man working there and he didn’t take any notice of it so then i had to message the manager and he sorted it out straight away he was very nice. "Good out of season price. Well fitted-out hotel, slightly strange as few staff about but it was a decent, slightly better than basic stay. "

Central to both the tower and the pleasure beach, with a tram stop at the bottom of the road, a couple of parking options available too. Highly recommend breakfast as part of the stay too. "
