The code used for all the doors was kind of a pain because it was six digits that at certain times you have to use at the front door, on the elevator, and at your room. The rooms, while modern and clean, were lacking in some areas. The night stands were tiny, very little place to put your clothes if you unpack, and one towel bar and small vanity in the bathroom. "This place was lovely and very kid friendly. Our daughter loved the pool and had a blast. There were a few things that caught me off guard though: 1. The facility is also a timeshare place and they were pushing this option. 2. There were a lot of homeless people living on the surrounding streets including a few buildings that had been burned out around us. It was unexpected. "

"The Hotel is fine but the add on fees are rediculous. Im sick of the high add on fees at a lot of properties these days. In addition, its annoying that you cant self park. You have to pay for and tip for valet parking. They dont give you any other option, but the parking ui all literally within 50 yards of the valet stand. It was inconvenient and then to have to pay for that inconvenience is just adding salt. This was my second stay but I wont be returning, nor will I be recommending it to any...

"We had a nice average overall stay. A few things that hindered a better rating were as follows ; pool was very small and shallow for a large hotel. When we arrived the shower in our room would not turn on. Maintenance came quickly to look at it and was able to turn the knob and get it working . Gaslamp amd restaurants just blocks away and the bay view each morning was gorgeous! Staff was super friendly and even got to check in early.
