"Beautiful hotel, great staff and in the middle of the historic district. The draw back is the pool bar never opened in the 5 days we were there and there was 8 chase lounge chairs around the pool (2 were ripped) and 40 people looking for someplace to lay in the sun!! Would stay there again but wouldn’t expect to use the pool. Best barista ever, in the hotel coffee stand and the valet staff is phenomenal! "

"Room was at 58 when I arrived Trash in fridge, closet, and dirty clothes behind bathroom door Obviously was not cleaned Vents caked with dust - no coffee - ice machines never worked - trash all around hotel and area- not a good first impression of downtown historic Savannah I probably could have gotten a refund , but since I booked through third party , they said I would have to contact Expedia Any thoughts"
