"It was a nice hotel but the hot springs was closed. That was the entire reason for our visit. It was closed three days before our arrival I feel like we should have been notified by Expedia or the hotel since it was a planned closure. Disappointed in the response from the hotel and Expedia. I wouldn’t reccomend this hotel."

"HOTEL CHARGED ME FOR AN HALF DAY AS MY DAUGHTER LEFT SOME STUFF IN THE ROOM; I HAD LET HOUSE KEEPING KNOW AS I WAS LATE GETTING OVER TO THE EVENT CENTER. "I can only rate this hotel a 10 of a 10. The property is immaculate and located in the heart of downtown Buffalo minutes walk to great bars and restaurants. The hotel offers complementary transportation for free to any restaurant you would like to go which was great. The rooms are sparkling clean and the beds very comfortable. "Nice historic house with comfortable common rooms and a great location, close to downtown restaurants and a Walgreens open 24 hours. But my bedroom was so small I could not easily walk around, and the half-bathroom was also very small. Wes, the owner, welcomed me at check-in and has a warm personality. But breakfast was not offered, even though a Booking listing said breakfast was provided and the owner mentioned breakfast too. "

"What a suprise! I come to Buffalo for Live Music quite often and have avoided staying here because of what some one said many, many years ago. That's totally on me. I had to make a very last minuet booking and what a surprise. Every part of the stay was excellent. The parking was secure and free. The staff was super friendly and helpful. "Beautiful old mansion lovingly restored with so much charm! This was a fantastic location for our needs. We were able to walk past estates and cute cottages with beautiful gardens to shops and restaurants for breakfast and lunch. Close to the Buffalo History Museum and other local attractions and about 20 minutes from Niagara Falls. Our host was able to let us have an early check in time and he gave us a tour of the house with some interesting background info. He lives quietly on the third...
