I can hardly read the number buttons because it is so dark in the elevators. Also, it would help to get rid of the fake plants in the rooms"

We also asked for clean towels at 8am when we left the hotel only to return later at nearly 4pm with no clean towels to use. We had to wait for staff to handle this which took some of our precious vacation time away from us. No apology for the clean towel issue, only excuses. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. "The good: Great location in the Elmwood Village area. Extremely walkable. Once you're inside, the place is beautiful. It oozes charm and personality. The common areas are great, and our room was very, very nice. Comfortable bed, large bathroom, new TV, fridge. Parking was very convenient.
