"The breakfast and staff are always lovely. This was our second time staying and the room we had on the 4th floor was not great for sleeping in - unfortunately the surrounding venues/hotels had music playing until 3.30am that could be heard in our room (next time ear plugs are a must being a light sleeper). Also disappointingly the pool heater was not as good as last year - it felt cool to touch whereas last year it was warm.. just the little extras that make a hotel excellent."

"Apartment was very spacious with a large living room and separate bedroom. Excellent shower/bathroom and decent (but basic) kitchen facilities. We had a 10-night stay visiting family nearby and it was ideal, close to shops, trams, trains, and was quiet and safe "

"Booked two rooms during our four nights stay in Melbourne. We were told our booking for the two rooms weren't recorded as one booking, which was weird because we booked under one booking reference. Not sure if thats a mixup from hotels.com or park hyatt. Regardless, we ended up not staying at the same floor, which is not such a big deal. "Perfekte Lage in Melbourne. Sehr stylisches Boutique Hotel - vielleicht etwas zu sehr… Super sind die großen Zimmer und Russell, der Hotelhund. Die ständige Musikbeschallung traf nicht unserem Geschmack und es könnte etwas mehr Licht - vor allem Bad (beleuchteter Kosmetikspiegel wäre super) - geben. Trotzdem können wir das Hotel empfehlen, auch das Hotelrestaurant!"
