"We received an upgrade to a one-bedroom which was wonderful. Lovely boutique vibe and colouful room. Free lollies and free coffee in the foyer. Also received free drinks at happy hour. Room was incredibly spacious. Super comfortable. Nice condiments. Bowels, spoons, knives and forks were great. The bed was comfortable. On level 1 and the noise was fine. Could barely hear a thing. "Overall, we’re not very fussy and we enjoyed our stay. The location was good and the place was clean. The in-room products were decent quality however we were a little disappointed with a couple easily improvable details. They only provided one coffee pod per day per adult which felt a bit lean.
