Enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Grand Hyatt Melbourne had some Expedia points to use thought I might spend a day and a night in the city. The hotel was perfectly located close to everything, very quiet I was a bit worried about the trams being so close outside but couldn't hear them at all, couldn't hear any internal noises either witch was great. The bed was comfortable thought the decor of the room had character really enjoyed my stay. Thankyou

Our stay at the Grand Hyatt in Sydney was grand! Our room was clean, specious, and had a good view of the river, city, and even the ocean! We had an issue with the AC and management were very quick to switch us to another room with similar views and 10 stories higher, since it was late in the evening and technician couldn’t estimate how long it will take to repair.

Lovely spacious room, beautiful marble bathroom with separate bath and all the extra touches to make a pleasant stay. Staff were lovely and helpful and the view from our room was amazing! The location was also ideal. Easy to get around town with a tram stop out the front or an easy walk to restaurants and shopping. We ordered room service for breakfast and it was delicious.
