"This is a true find in the center of Turin. I had the pleasure of staying here for a week, even though I was injured and they took such good care of me here. It’s quite peaceful somebody’s always playing piano in the Piazza every day and it’s just a lovely setting and a very clean and wonderful place to stay. There are many restaurants around and cafés and museums."

Beds are large and comfortable, I always get some of the best sleep of a trip here. Location is perfect to see all the sights and shopping or restaurant areas. Great hotel for business or pleasure. "perfect localization, charming and elegant"

"I had a frustrating experience regarding our room key. The key worked perfectly the first time I entered. However, later that night when returning from dinner, it simply would not turn in the lock. We tried a couple of times without forcing it and called management. Thankfully, a staff member let us in with a spare. The real issue arose at checkout. The front office demanded a me to pay for the key replacement fee, claiming I bent the key because I "didn't know how to open the door." This logic...

"First class property in the center of Torino, located a quick five minute or less walk from the Egyptian Museum, and a number of excellent restaurants including within the hotel itself. The multi lingual staff is friendly, courteous, and happily willing to ensure a pleasant stay for every guest. Our junior suite was clean, quiet, and well appointed. Terrific buffet breakfast. Be sure to enjoy a drink in the hotel bar. A true gem."

"Leider war ein Gerüst sowohl im Vorder- als auch im Hinterhaus des Hotels. Ferner war es auch sehr laut morgens aufgrund der Bauarbeiten. Obwohl wir ein Superior Zimmer gebucht haben, haben wir dieses nicht erhalten. Erst auf Bestehen konnten wir am nächsten Tag das gebuchte Zimmer bekommen, was sehr ärgerlich war. Plus die Lautstärke der Bauarbeiten ab 06.45 Uhr war der Aufenthalt leider nicht erholsam."
