"Bridget was the most pleasant and helpful. She made the experience so pleasant. We had a mosquito situation outside the hotel, in the lobby and even in our room. She immediately got pest control to our room. And explained that the fumigation triggered the situation. The issue was not big compared to how she handled it professionally. We loved the breakfast. Rooms were clean and perfect. We felt very welcomed. Our kids loved the property and Bridget :) "

"We were rather disappointed by the overall management and stay. The governor of another state was at the property when we checked in. There was no care for other guests. We were not attended to, no welcome, no smiling faces. Nothing. We came after a long drive from Ooty and had to do everything ourselves until we asked for help. Staff looked visibly uninterested. The only staff who were helpful and made the stay pleasant were Ashly and Veena or Veni (if Im not wrong) there were the same shift on...
