"The room was very clean. The staff was friendly & professional. Breakfast was good also."

"Electrical tape covering outlets that didn't have covers. Weird light-colored stain on the carpet between bed and nightstand. TV screen was dark and couldn't be adjusted. AC worked just fine. The waffle tasted strange. Never had one that tasted like that. Can't even explain. Didn't eat it."

"The room seemed clean, there was just a an odd smoky smell that permeated the room...or.maybe pet odor? It appeared people could bring pets which is a negative for us due to my allergies. I should have called to ask. Otherwise the gal at the front desk was courteous and efficient. I thought the bed was relatively comfortable."

"This is a bare bones hotel. There is nothing provided in the room except a bar of soap and a few towels. Good thing we brought our own shampoo and conditioner. There were not even and curtains and the blinds were broken in our room (they were missing the turning rod you use to close them) The staff is also not onsite 24/7 which was a first - I have never seen this at a hotel."

"Very noisy hallways woke me up in the middle of the night. Normal speaking voices were easily heard in my room."

"The shower did not have safety grab handles that were usable. There was one to assist getting in and out of the shower but once the shower curtain was closed it blocked access to the grad bar. There was a small plastic hadel on the back shower wall that was part of the wall covering but it was to low to reach to prevent a fall. The shower floor did not have any type non slip covering such as stick on nonslip stickers designed to prevent slips and falls. I explained to the manager on duty that I...

Just I ask to clean something inside of my room and take the garbage out ...(we stayed for 3 days ) and they said I can used the towel for clean the floor and the garbage they will take out once we leave (I'm so upset for that, we like to have clean our rooms, but with kids it's sometimes difficult)"
