"Window in bathroom opened up directly to neighbours, very limited space for storage. That said, fantastic location and very convenient facilities on-site like tea in the lobby."

"The suite was spacious and pleasantly decorated. Functionally, it was lacking. There weren't enough hooks or bars to hang a used towel. I would prefer reusing towels because of the expense and environmental impact of laundering towels after one use. I would have preferred more space to place toiletries in the smaller bathroom. The smaller bathroom sink and tub did not drain properly. This was brought to the attention of the staff at the time of check out. Lastly, the TV offerings were...

"Well maintained property. The rooms were compact for a 2 Queen bed. Toiletries was of poor quality, breakfast menu was same and vegetarian options were limited. Subway stations are at walkable distance, though 700 to 800m after a long day becomes too long."

"The charge you extra for WiFi…basic WiFi and a premium price for WiFi you can use to stream, they have basic antenna tv so streaming is a must…tv cut off and wouldn’t cut back on. I used the bathroom and the toilet wouldn’t flush, I told the front desk to send someone up to my room while I stepped out…came back late at night and the problem was not fixed. They also charge you for a parking spot for the day but if you move your car then it’s not your spot anymore and they’ll give it to someone...

"Excellent service and great location- easy walk to shopping, Central Park and (on good weather days) museums. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an “old New York” experience. Breakfast was excellent."
