"The room was spacious, clean, and included a private kitchen. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was enjoyable. The overall amenities were good and contributed to a pleasant stay. One suggestion would be to offer housekeeping every other day for added comfort. Valet parking was convenient, though somewhat expensive. Overall, a positive experience with excellent service and amenities."

"We encountered several cockroaches in the room, including one that crawled over my head during the night. The blankets were quite thin. And in the shower it took a very long time for the water to get hot. On the plus side, the staff were very friendly and helpful. When we arrived the front desk helped us to sort out our parking situation in a very hands-on and helpful way."

"Well maintained property. The rooms were compact for a 2 Queen bed. Toiletries was of poor quality, breakfast menu was same and vegetarian options were limited. Subway stations are at walkable distance, though 700 to 800m after a long day becomes too long."

"Loved the cleanliness and the city views from up high were very good. Location excellent. The only downside is that it didn’t really feel like a hotel. It had a small bar, restaurant etc but no real feeling of a ‘centre’. Wasn’t a problem for us, but if you want somewhere with a bit more soul then look elsewhere"

"Staff nice and friendly. Rooftop is pretty and everyone there nice and good service. Rooms were fine. Didn’t realize they have shower stall only so difficult with a young child that usually only takes baths but I didn’t notice in the pictures."

"The hotel was cleaned. Their breakfast is good. Though the neighbor may seem a little sketchy they provide a shuttle bus which was great. I would stay there again if needed. The only thing is the elevators are very crowded so it takes a while to go down to he 1st floor and go up. Other than it, it was all good."
